TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Within the sales area, he/she will be involved in supporting customers in solving recurring problems related to Thytronic products.

Required skills:

  • Electrical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Please indicate grade of degree or diploma. 
  • Minimum 2/3 years of previous work experience, industry background preferred.

Required:

  • Good knowledge of technical English 
  • Willingness to provide technical support to customers requiring help, including operational (remote) support.
  • Willingness to create technical documents for the development of internal projects.
  • Willingness to work in a team, problem solving skills, good work organisation skills, empathy, interpersonal relations, listening skills
  • Self-driving 
  • Available for National/International business trips
