Co-ordinating with the current employee in the role and reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Office Specialist ensures support for the administrative, front office and back office accounting activities for the company.
The person will be responsible for:
Reception activities
Supporting general accounting in the management of the active and passive cycle
Opening orders in the ERP, entering bills of materials
Canteen management
Organising, planning and reporting on business trips
Shipping activities in the area of Orders and Repairs
Product repair process management
Management of C/Vision and C/Replacement and credit returns
Car fleet management
Training and technical skills
Diploma preferably in Economic Technical Institute
2/3 years of previous work experience
Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel
Familiarity with ERP
Good knowledge of English
