Most recent web browsers support web feeds so that you don't need a separate news reader. Internet Explorer version 7 as well as most versions of Firefox and Opera all support web feeds. In these browsers you can simply click on a web feed icon and follow the instructions to subscribe to the feed.
You can also receive web feeds by using a "news reader" such as RSSOwl | RSS / RDF / Atom Newsreader (Open Source program) or other similar devices. To subscribe, copy and paste the URL of the web feed into your news reader. To copy the URL, right-click on the below web feed icon and select "Copy shortcut," to paste it into your reader press Ctrl+V.
